Since March 2011 we have consistently advised against all travel to Yemen and that any British Nationals in Yemen should leave. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/10/2016 answer text <ol><li>In 2015 the UN, in their '<em>Trends in International Migrant Stock: Migrants by Destination and Origin'</em> report, estimated that 64,986 British people were living in Italy.</li><li>As of October 2016 we have two permanent Consular Offices in Rome and Milan. These offices are supported by a network of five Honorary Consuls operating in Venice, Genoa, Catania (Sicily), Cagliari and Naples.</li><li>The processing of passport renewal applications from Italy was transferred to the Regional Passport Processing Centre in Paris in 2009<em>. </em>On 1 April 2011 an accord was signed between FCO and the Home Office to transfer responsibility for overseas passports to the Identity and Passport Service, now known as Her Majesty's Passport Office (HMPO). The transition of application processing from the Regional Passport Processing Centre in Paris to HMPO began in June 2013. This included all applications made from Italy. This process concluded in March 2014. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/11/2017 answer text <p>(1) More progress needs to be made on improving respect for the human rights of prisoners and detainees in Libya, although the political and security context in Libya remains very challenging. The UK Government does not document individual allegations of rape and sexual violence in Libya but does engage regularly with human rights organisations and the UN on these issues. The 2016 Foreign and Commonwealth Office Human Rights report outlines UK activity in further detail. Through our programming we have worked with the Libyan authorities to improve conditions in detention centres in Libya. For example, so far this year, the Department for International Development has supported more than 20,000 emergency interventions in areas which include healthcare, psychosocial support, hygiene kits and safe shelter. We also provide specific support to women and girls, to protect them from the heightened risks of sexual and gender based violence.</p><p>(2) The United Kingdom has a legal obligation to cooperate with the International Criminal Court. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/12/2014 answer text <p>(1) The UK took military action in Iraq in 2003 on the basis of UN Security Council Resolutions (UNSCR) dating back to Resolution 678, and culminating in UNSCR 1441 which was passed unanimously on 8 November 2002. <br><br>(2) The UK does not, and will not, recognise the illegal annexation of Crimea by Russia. This action violated the UN Charter, was illegal under international law and breached a number of commitments Russia had made. We oppose its use in all circumstances and countries. The Government of Bahrain are fully aware of our position</p><p><br>(2) The UK and Bahrain have an open dialogue which enables us to raise our concerns, including on individual cases, through private and senior channels. Where we have concerns we raise them at a senior level with the Government of Bahrain. The UK supports freedom of expression and freedom of speech as both a fundamental right in itself and as an essential element of a full range of human rights. We continue to encourage the Government of Bahrain to protect freedom of expression for all of its citizens, in line with its international obligations</p><p><br>(3) We continue to encourage those with concerns about treatment in detention to raise them with the appropriate Bahraini human rights oversight body.
