Least Developed Countries are expected to be most vulnerable to the impacts of future global temperature increases, being least able to cope with the impacts.</p><p> </p><p>The UK remains committed to help developing countries build their resilience to the impacts of climate change and support low carbon, sustainable growth. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/05/2016 answer text <p>DFID is supporting research organisations to make assessments of the impact of climate change on agriculture, food security and malnutrition. This includes support to the Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security Programme. One of its recent assessments found that 60% of production of beans in sub-Saharan Africa was at risk from climate change. DFID also supports the Global Panel on Agriculture and Food Systems for Nutrition which has recently made an assessment of the effects of climate change on food systems and nutrition.</p><p>DFID is using these assessments to inform our policies and programmes on agriculture. For example DFID’s Agriculture Policy Framework includes action on climate change as one of its priorities for our programmes. An example is our support to the International Fund for Agriculture Development’s Adaptation for Smallholder Agriculture Programme (ASAP). The UK has pledged to deliver £5.8bn of International Climate Finance (ICF) from 2016/17 – 2020/21 to help poorer countries tackle climate change. DFID funds are helping to build the resilience of people and communities to cope with climate change already locked in, including to natural disasters; to support the development of low carbon and climate resilient infrastructure; and to support new technology, research and innovation to improve the effectiveness of action on climate change. Since 2011 the ICF has helped 47 million people to cope with the effects of climate change in the developing world, and enabled 17 million to have access to clean energy.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The UK is also working to increase international action on climate change.
