	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/09/2019 answer text <p>The UK government will continue to lead the world in our long-term support for comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and to help women and girls get the information and services they need to give them control over their own lives and bodies. This is essential to achieving the Global Goals.</p><p> </p><p>Following the reintroduction and expansion of the Mexico City Policy in January 2017, we have kept in close contact with partners including UK NGOs to ensure the policy does not compromise UK-supported evidence-based comprehensive SRHR programming.</p><p> </p><p>The full implications of the further expansion of the Mexico City Policy in May 2019 are still emerging and we are closely monitoring developments. We do not hold comprehensive data on the exact number of aid trucks being prevented from accessing areas in need of humanitarian assistance, however the UN has reported that four million Yemenis in need of humanitarian assistance were affected by the interruption of services or delays in delivery in April and May this year.</p><p> </p><p>Administrative restrictions imposed on humanitarian agencies by both parties remain a principal driver of access constraints. This includes recent delays enforced by Houthi authorities on aid trucks at the border between Government of Yemen and Houthi controlled areas.</p><p> </p><p>We regularly raise obstructions to humanitarian access with all parties, including at the highest levels. The EU vets the list of PA health and education sector employees before every disbursement of financial aid to ensure only eligible beneficiaries receive UK aid, at a range of grades based on the PA payroll system. These payments are then independently audited. The average salary and number of employees earning in excess of 2,000 NIS per month who receive UK aid therefore could change each time a disbursement is made. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/10/2019 answer text <p>The Department for International Development (DFID) employs around 3,500 staff, around 2,800 of whom are home civil servants. According to March 2019 data from the Annual Civil Service Employment Survey (ACSES), available publicly online, 1490 home civil service DFID staff have a known religion. Of these, 40 have identified as Muslim. This figure does not include ‘do not wish to declare’ responses. According to the ACSES survey, DFID’s reporting rate for religion or belief was 52.6% in March 2019.</p><p> </p><p>The ACSES provides published detail on the number of civil servants reporting their religion and ethnicity by department and by grade but not by the measures combined.
