The Department for Exiting the European Union now has over 450 staff, and is growing fast. We are not in a position to give a final total for particular groups of staff as recruitment is ongoing and numbers are regularly changing.</p> more like this

We have met a range of organisations, including trade unions, charities, faith groups, academia and consumer bodies.</p><p>With the negotiations underway, we will continue to engage widely and intensively. star this property answer text <p>Our relationship with the EU's agencies upon exit will be evaluated in light of delivering the twelve objectives outlined by the Prime Minister to achieve a deep and special partnership between the UK and the EU. No decisions have yet been made on our future relationship with the EU's decentralised bodies after leaving the EU.</p><p>Prior to any decisions on establishing new agencies, the Government will, however, always look to minimise disruption and costs, which will include considering alternative options.</p><p>The European Union (Withdrawal) Bill makes clear that any decision on creating new agencies would require the approval of both Houses of Parliament under the affirmative procedure.</p> more like this

The decision to leave the EU does not change this.</p><p>The Charter of Fundamental Rights did not create any new rights. star this property answer text <p>The dispute resolution mechanisms adopted as part of our future relationship with the EU, including on nuclear energy cooperation, will be a matter for negotiation and the government is considering the implications of various models.</p><p>Euratom and the EU share a common institutional framework including a role for the Commission, decision-making in the Council and the Court of Justice of the EU, and a shared budget, making them uniquely legally joined.</p><p>That is why when we formally notified of our intention to leave the EU we also started the process for leaving Euratom.</p><p> </p> more like this
