star this property answer text <p>Now that negotiations are underway, Her Majesty’s Government needs to intensify its engagement with UK business to ensure a smooth and orderly exit from the EU. We will bring forward a Business Advisory Group on EU exit in order to canvass a variety of views from across the business community. We will reach a successful outcome by drawing on the expertise of these organisations and working with them to test and validate positions as we prepare to leave the EU.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Government has been clear that we want to have reached an agreement about our future partnership by the time the two year Article 50 process has ended, in March 2019.</p><p>Within that time, we will work to secure a deal that works for Britain and for Europe. We are delivering on the result of the referendum and the UK will leave the EU in 2019. While we do not propose to give a running commentary on the negotiations, providing certainty to businesses and individuals is our priority, and we will do so as early as possible where we can.</p><p> </p> more like this

As such, the Department is committed to the steps established in the 2016 Talent Action Plan to help the Civil Service become the most inclusive employer in the UK. star this property answer text <p>As part of our committment to hear from every sector and region in the UK, DExEU Ministers continue to engage closely with organisations across the agriculture and fishing industries, to enable us to understand issues for the sectors and to identify potential post-exit opportunities.</p><p>We have spoken to a range of organisations including the National Federation of Fishermen's Organisations, and the National Farmers’ Union and will continue to listen to workers in the industry, trade organisations, producers and the public as negotiations progress.</p><p>Leaving the EU presents a major opportunity for the UK agriculture and fishing industries. The Government will be able to design new policies which specifically benefit British agriculture, the countryside and the fisheries, and provide better value for money to the British taxpayer.</p><p> </p> more like this
