	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/07/2019 answer text <p>The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, the Home Office and the Department for Education work collaboratively across departments to support children in care who need to apply for the EU Settlement Scheme. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/07/2019 answer text <p>As set out in the Political Declaration, the UK and the EU have agreed their intention to put in place a comprehensive air transport agreement (CATA). This will provide market access for UK and EU airlines, and close cooperation on aviation safety, security and air traffic management. Where market access beyond Europe is currently determined by EU-negotiated arrangements, the Withdrawal Agreement sets out that the EU will notify treaty partners and third countries that the UK is to be treated as an EU Member State for the purposes of its international agreements during the implementation period, including air service agreements.</p><p>In the event of a no deal both the UK and the EU have plans in place to ensure that travel will continue in the short term. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/07/2019 answer text <p>The Government has consulted with Members from all sides of the House on a range of issues relating to the UK’s withdrawal from, and future relationship with the EU.</p><p>If the UK leaves the EU without a deal, the UK would implement a temporary tariff regime that takes a balanced approach to support the UK economy as a whole. It will maintain open trade on the majority of UK imports, to support consumers and business supply chains, but retain necessary tariff protection for particular sectors of the UK economy. This would apply for up to 12 months while a full consultation, and review on a permanent approach, is undertaken.</p><p>As a responsible government we’ve been preparing to minimise any disruption in the event of no deal for over three years.
