	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2019 answer text <p>The Government values international exchange and collaboration in education and training.</p><p>Under the terms of the Withdrawal Agreement, the UK would continue to take part in current EU programmes, including Erasmus+, for the duration of the transition period. Any participation beyond this would be a matter for upcoming negotiations on our future relationship with the EU. Architecture qualifications fall into scope of this agreement.</p><p> </p><p>On 15 December the European Council formally confirmed that sufficient progress had been made to move onto the second phase of negotiations. In total, over the past twelve months, I have met a) the Government of Gibraltar on eight occasions; b) the governments of the other UK Overseas Territories’ on two occasions; and c) the governments of the Crown Dependencies on seven occasions.
