<p>The Exclusivity Terms in Zero Hours Contracts (Redress) Regulations post implementation
review concluded that having a route of redress had improved the functioning of the
labour market. Stakeholders representing workers stated that if a worker is raising
an issue in this area, then it is often alongside a range of other concerns such as
a reduction in shifts, short notice cancellation of shifts, or payment below National
Minimum Wage, therefore, individuals may be more likely to raise a dispute in relation
to another point of law rather than these regulations specifically.</p>
