answer text
Creating an economy that works for everyone is a key priority of this Government. At the Autumn Statement, the government announced allocations worth £1.8bn from the Local Growth Fund to all English regions, including £556 million for the North of England. This is on top of the £122.2 million York, North Yorkshire and Humber LEP have already received. answer text
Crime is falling and fewer women are entering the justice system – with the female prison population now consistently under 4,000. We want to see even fewer women offending and reoffending. We are working with local areas to address female offenders’ needs throughout their offender journey, and have awarded £200k in funding to pilot this work.
more like this
