answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/09/2017 answer text <p>The information requested is not held by the Department.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The General Medical Council (GMC) is the independent regulator of doctors in the United Kingdom. It has advised that from 1 September 2012 to 31 August 2017, the GMC has registered 117 refugee doctors.
