However, the Secretary of State and I have made consistently clear that our analysis does not exist in the form of Impact Assessments.</p><p>Following the motion on 1 November, my department began collating our analysis into an accessible and informative set of reports for the Exiting the European Union Committee and the European Union Committee in the House of Lords. This has been a very substantial undertaking.</p><p>Cabinet Committee clearance was given on Monday 27 November and the reports were delivered immediately to the Committees. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/11/2017 answer text <p>The Government has no plans to change the management of the Foyle and Carlingford Loughs from 30 March 2019.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>As set out in our Northern Ireland and Ireland position paper, it is important that EU exit negotiations achieve the UK’s, Ireland’s and EU’s shared objective of upholding the Belfast (‘Good Friday’) Agreement in all its parts, and also that, crucially, the UK and the EU do not do anything to obstruct the wide range of cooperation between Northern Ireland, Ireland and Great Britain in the future partnership.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We have made good progress in discussions with the EU within the Northern Ireland and Ireland Dialogue. We have agreed that the Belfast Agreement should be protected in full, including its constitutional arrangements. We recognise the need for specific solutions for the unique circumstances of Northern Ireland and Ireland. This has included over 350 individual meetings, roundtables and other types of engagement with sectors across the economy and in every region of the UK. Engagement with business has included discussions on a wide range of issues.</p><p> </p><p>A cross-government Business Advisory Group, consisting of the five main business representative organisations, has also been established to ensure business is not only heard but is influential throughout the negotiations. The Prime Minister chairs a quarterly Business Advisory Council to hear directly from senior business leaders on the key issues across EU exit, and the wider economy. This engagement has helped to inform our positions on the implementation period and the deal we are seeking with the EU. We have been clear from the start that the devolved administrations should be fully engaged in this process and we have been engaging with the Welsh Government both bilaterally and in formal multilateral structures such as the Joint Ministerial Committee on EU Negotiations. On 6 November I joined the Secretary of State for Wales in giving evidence to a joint session of two National Assembly for Wales committees on the EU (Withdrawal) Bill and its implications for Wales. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/11/2017 answer text <p>As part of our work preparing to make a success of our departure from the European Union we are carrying out a full suite of analysis as you would expect a responsible Government to do. This means looking at 58 sectors as well as cross-cutting regulatory, economic and social issues to help inform our negotiation positions.<br><br></p><p>Charities cover a wide range of issues and sectors, as such, they do not necessarily all face the same issues. Specific charities will however share many characteristics that affect particular sectors, which are included in the list. For example Charities relating to medical research will be covered by medical services and pharmaceuticals sectors.</p><p><br>Taking a cross-Whitehall approach to engagement we have been working closely with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media &amp; Sport to ensure that we speak to stakeholders who represent a cross-section of groups. We continue to hold engagements with a range of charitable organisations at both ministerial and official level.<br><br></p><p>There are many breakdowns and names of sectors used by different organisations. It is entirely to be expected that our list will not map directly onto every other such list. There will be opportunities to build on our world-leading reputation of quality and standards. We are focused on making sure all of our policies deliver for the UK, grow our world-leading food and farming industry, and improve our environment. In 2016, 60 per cent of UK food, feed and drink exports were to countries in the EU, whilst 70 per cent of UK imports of food, feed and drink during the same period were from the EU. This underlines the UK’s and EU’s mutual interest in continuing high levels of market access in future.</p><p>The Department for Exiting the European Union, working with officials across Government, is in the process of carrying out a programme of rigorous and extensive analytical work that will contribute to our exit negotiations with the EU, to define our future partnership with the EU, and to inform our understanding of how EU exit will affect the UK’s domestic policies and frameworks. <br><br>We want our future relationship with the EU to be a deep and special partnership, taking in both economic and security cooperation. We are confident that a future partnership between the UK and EU is in the interests of both sides, so we approach these negotiations anticipating success. We think that is by far and away the highest probability. We do not want or expect a no deal outcome, but we have a duty to plan for an alternative to the unlikely scenario in which no mutually satisfactory agreement can be reached.
