Member to the answer I gave on 23 March 2015 to Question UIN <a href="http://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/written-questions-answers-statements/written-question/Commons/2015-03-18/228227/" target="_blank">228227</a> regarding further education funding.</p><p>The Department provides funding for adult further education and higher education. answer text <p /> <p>Financial Penalties for aggravated breach of employment law, under section 16 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, were introduced on 6 April 2014. Financial penalties are intended to be used in exceptional circumstances where employers have deliberately flouted the law, and whose behaviour is malicious or negligent.</p><p> </p><p>Three have been imposed to date. One has been paid. The other two are currently unpaid.</p> more like this
