answer text <p>During the period 2017-18, there were 40 instances of HMRC being taken to an employment tribunal for disability discrimination.</p><p> </p><p>Of these, 15 cases are still ongoing with the outcome of the remaining 25:</p><p> </p><p>Dismissed 3</p><p>Settled 8</p><p>Struck Out 3</p><p>Withdrawn 9</p><p>Won 2</p><p>HMRC has welcomed Laura Whyte’s Respect at Work report and has accepted all its recommendations.
