answer text <p>The Government is committed to ensuring that self- and custom-build provision expands across the country – giving more people a greater say over their homes and communities.</p><p> </p><p>At the Spending Review, we announced £2.2 billion of new loan finance to support SME housebuilders. This includes delivering ‘Help to Build’ for custom and self-builders.</p><p> </p><p>Custom-builders can also access development finance through the Home Building Fund.</p> more like this
