<p>The government will publish its full Medium-Term Fiscal Plan on 31 October, accompanied
by an independent Office for Budget Responsibility economic and fiscal forecast.</p><p>
</p><p>This forecast will provide an assessment of the Medium-Term Fiscal Plan, including
the impact of the announcements made on 17 October, as well as an in-depth analysis
of the economy and public finances.</p><p> </p><p>The Fiscal Plan will set out the
government’s responsible fiscal approach fully, including how it will reduce debt
as a percentage of GDP over the medium term.</p>
