This competition was regulated by the Office of the Commissioner for Public Appointments (OCPA). answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2019 answer text <p>The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland has made it very clear that she is determined to see redress for victims of historical institutional abuse as soon as possible.
