answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/12/2022 answer text <p>The Government has provided £3.8 million of funding to Fair4All Finance to pilot the No Interest Loan Scheme, which will help consumers in vulnerable circumstances to access affordable credit. These loans will be administered by Credit Unions, Community Development Finance Institutions and other lending organisations. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/12/2022 answer text <p>Planning policy is a transferred matter in Northern Ireland and the Department for Infrastructure has responsibility for regional planning policy and legislation.</p><p> </p><p>We note the concerns raised about the performance of the planning system in Northern Ireland in the Northern Ireland Audit Office report.
