<p>Supporting victims of crime is a priority for the Government and we have made a commitment to publish a victims strategy by Summer 2018. As I said on 24 April, as part of the strategy, we are considering both legislative and non-legislative measures. If appropriate, we will bring forward legislation when Parliamentary time allows.</p>
