answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/06/2017 answer text <p>Integrated Offender Management is a local partnership arrangement that sees criminal justice agencies working together with other partners to tackle the offenders who cause most harm to their local communities.</p><p> </p><p>Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary have included a report on the police contribution to local IOM arrangements in their PEEL inspections of police forces’ effectiveness, efficiency and legitimacy.
