answer text <p>The Assessment, Care in Custody and Teamwork (ACCT) process is a multi-disciplinary case management process for managing and supporting prisoners at risk of suicide and self-harm</p><p> </p><p>There are over 2,500 prisoners who are assessed as being at risk and being managed under ACCT on any given day, and over 48,000 ACCTs were opened during 2017.</p><p> </p><p>Data in the form requested is not routinely produced, and it has not been possible to answer these questions in the time allowed. I will write to the Honourable Member in due course.</p><p> </p> more like this
