Performance information against these service levels is published quarterly. The most recent statistics were published on 28 April and can be found at:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/community-performance-quarterly-management-information-update-to-december-2015" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/community-performance-quarterly-management-information-update-to-december-2015</a>. Cohorts were established from 1 October 2015 and there will be a 26 month delay to allow for robust measurement over a sustained period, cases to clear courts, and analysis of the data. But the Human Rights Act opened the system to abuse, damaging the credibility of human rights. <br><br>The government will bring forward proposals for a British Bill of Rights, which will replace the Human Rights Act. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/10/2014 answer text <p /> <p>The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) does not place a legal obligation on data controllers to report breaches of security which result in loss, release or corruption of personal data. However, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has made clear that serious breaches should be brought to their attention. The nature of the breach or loss can then be considered together with whether the data controller is properly meeting their responsibilities under the DPA. The DPA does not define ‘serious breaches’ but the ICO have produced guidance to assist data controllers when deciding whether to report a breach.
