Working Links provides individual tailored rehabilitation programmes to the specific requirements of the offender. These are unique to the individual and therefore the cost of each rehabilitation programme varies.We have given providers the flexibility to use both innovated and mandated programmes to do what works to reduce reoffending, and support offenders.
