<p>On 5 November, the Lord Chancellor wrote to the High Court Enforcement Officers Association to request that they ask their members not to enforce evictions other than in a limited number of the most serious circumstances during the period of time that the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No.4) Regulations 2020 are in force.</p>
