There have been no findings of guilt recorded under Section 129 in this time period.</p><p> </p><p>Court proceedings data for 2013 are planned for publication in May 2014</p><p> </p><p>Data for offences under Section 126 of the Mental Health Act 1983 cannot be separately analysed from other offences under other statutes. Where an individual received more than one type of ROTL within the year, this individual has been counted once under each type received. The table provides you with details on the start and end dates of these contracts, the estimated value of the contract as advertised when the procurement process was initiated, extension options and whether there is a break clause.
