answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/06/2020 answer text <p>On 13 May we announced that anyone in England could now move home as long as they followed the advice at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/government-advice-on-home-moving-during-the-coronavirus-covid-19-outbreak" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/guidance/government-advice-on-home-moving-during-the-coronavirus-covid-19-outbreak</a>.</p><p>This includes those moving into an occupied House in Multiple Occupation (HMO): during viewings, HMO tenants should stay out of indoor common areas, such as kitchens, bathrooms or sittings areas. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/03/2019 answer text <p>In reaching his decision on the One Yorkshire proposal the Secretary of State had regard to the evidence and analysis supplied by the Yorkshire leaders, which are available at <a href="https://www.westyorks-ca.gov.uk/economy/devolution/" target="_blank">https://www.westyorks-ca.gov.uk/economy/devolution/</a> . It was on this basis that the Secretary of State concluded that the One Yorkshire proposal met neither the criterion on functional economic area nor on there being strong and accountable governance. We are only accepting bids from local authorities, given their control of the strategic levers to develop the types of projects that will meet the objectives of the Fund. However, we encourage councils to work closely with stakeholders including Business Improvement Districts.
