<p>I refer the Hon Member to the answer to Question UIN 124260 on 29 January 2018.</p><p>In addition to the measures set out in that answer, we specifically encourage use of modern and innovative methods of construction through the Affordable Homes Programme 2016-21. This includes offsite construction and we expect to fund an increasing number of bids using either partial or fully offsite or innovative methods of construction within the Programme.</p>
