<p>The RAF routinely extends an element of the Recruiting and Selection marketing budget to reach under-represented communities across the UK. In the previous recruitment years, Financial Years 2019-20; 2020-21 and 2021-22, the RAF spent £473,690; £168,283 and £921,110.93 respectively, funding both Ethnic Minority and Women campaigns and initiatives.</p>
