in the Ministry of Defence's (MOD) Civil Servant gender pay gap reporting.

Overall,
as at 31 March 2018, the MOD's median civilian gender pay gap of 10.9% (down 3.7 percentage
points from the previous year) and 0.09% for military personnel (down 0.13 percentage
points), compares favourably with the UK's national gender median pay gap of 17.9%.

The
gender pay gap continues to narrow and the MOD is committed to reducing it further
as we continue to promote policies that help all individuals reach their potential.

Further
