answer text <p>The UK is capable of deploying what it defines as an Armoured Brigade.</p><p>As part of Future Soldier, in order to re-model deployable forces to create more self-sufficient and tactical formations, Armoured Infantry Brigades transitioned and re-designated as Armoured Brigade Combat Teams. This capability remains at the heart of the UK's proposition as part of the NATO New Force Model and will be retained throughout the decade as the Army transitions to new capabilities.</p> more like this

answer text <p>In answer to the right hon. Member's question, the UK’s MRAP fleet is defined as those purchased as Urgent Operational Requirement’s for Operations. This consists of Mastiff, Ridgeback, Wolfhound (MRW), High Mobility Tactical Vehicle (Jackal and Coyote), Foxhound and Husky.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The actual track miles in 2021-2022 were higher than the actual track miles in 2020-2021 (in both cases actual was below forecast). The forecast for 2022-2023 is higher than the actual track miles in 2020-2021 notwithstanding the imminent out of service date for Husky.</p><p> </p> more like this
