answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence does not routinely assess the strength of al-Qaeda in Libya; al-Qaeda has suffered losses and is not the dominant security threat in Libya, although it has long maintained a presence in The South of Libya. The ongoing instability has provided greater freedom of movement, as a result, al-Qaeda has been able to plan and co-ordinate activity that aims to destabilise the local region.</p> more like this
