Defence Safety Authority Policy Document 01.1, Chapter 3, Paragraph 24 and 25 provides the reporting criteria for Health, Safety and Environmental Protection events and individual Top Level Budgets or Chief Executive equivalents should be informed by the Defence site of such Notices of Contravention.
