These PCCS are able to raise their precept by £5 per Band D household, compared to the usual 2%, without triggering a local referendum. The Department of Health and Social Care is working closely with NHS England and others to support local areas to respond appropriately to the mental health needs of victims of terrorism. People affected can access existing NHS mental health services via GPs and local Improving Access to Psychological Therapies services. There are also locally agreed arrangements for children and young people, with schools able to provide support or referrals to local services. These mental health services have staff trained to deliver evidence based treatment for conditions such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress. <br>To ensure that victims of terrorism receive the support and assistance they need, we established a cross-HMG Victims of Terrorism unit to co-ordinate support to those directly affected by terrorist events at home or overseas. It was necessary for the Government to address the deficit and it was right that the police contributed to that.</p><p>Forces have largely risen to the challenge and demonstrated that it is possible to make efficiencies whilst delivering a high quality service to the public. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/09/2017 answer text <p>The Home Office reviews the data it collects from the police under the Annual Data Requirement on an annual basis, balancing demands for data with the burden of collecting data on the police.</p><p> </p><p>The Home Office is presently working with police forces in England and Wales to implement a record level data collection for police recorded crime. This will allow us to investigate linking between the police recorded crime data held by the Home Office and the prosecution and conviction data held by the Ministry of Justice in order to create a richer dataset for analysis.</p><p> </p><p>The arrests data that the Home Office collects from police forces is at the aggregate level rather than record level.
