<p>Her Majesty's Government believes that the right approach is to consider the protection
needs of individuals on an individual basis, and does not adopt a blanket approach
to any one country.</p><p>Each asylum and human rights claim is considered on its
individual merits in accordance with our international obligations and taking full
account of conditions in the country concerned as they impact on the individual. Those
found to be in need of international protection are provided with it. Those who have
been found by the Home Office and the appeals process not to be in need of international
protection and have no legal basis of stay in the UK are expected to return to their
country of origin and may have their removal enforced.</p>
