answer text <p>The Government's approach to drugs is working. We are tracking the use of new psychoactive substances (which captures synthetic cannabinoids such as those in 'spice') though the annual Drug Misuse publication, which found that NPS use in England and Wales has fallen from 0.7 per cent in 2015/16 to 0.4 per cent in 2016/17. We recognise that some areas still have problems with synthetic cannabinoids and strongly support the multi-agency approach taken to tackle this.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Since 1973 many of the Windrush generation would have obtained documentation confirming their status or would have applied for citizenship and then a British passport.</p><p>The former Home Secretary has put additional safeguards in place to ensure that no-one from the Windrush Generation will be subject to enforcement action, regardless of whether they have documentation or not.</p> more like this

answer text <p>We apologise unreservedly for the distress caused to anyone who has been told, incorrectly, that they do not have the right to be in the UK.</p><p>We are not aware of any specific cases of a person being removed from the UK in these circumstances and we have absolutely no intention of asking anyone to leave who continues to have the right to remain here.</p><p>The former Home Secretary announced to Parliament on 23/04/2018 that she will set up a new scheme to deliver compensation to individuals affected. answer text <p>The biometric gates at St Pancras Eurostar terminal are owned by Eurostar and operated by French Police aux frontieres. They are part of the French border control process and they dictate the hours of operation.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Eurostar Gare du Nord to St Pancras route has a juxtaposed control in place and the UK Border checks are carried out at Gare du Nord. answer text <p>Her Majesty’s Government complete regular assessments of the threats posed to the UK Visa and Immigration system and Human Trafficking.</p><p>In response to an identified threat, it has been assessed that the Tier 4 student route is associated with a small proportion of non compliant or abusive Vietnamese migrants a small number being referred to the NRM as potential victims of trafficking.</p><p>No specific assessment has been conducted in relation to Chinese students because the threat is currently assessed as being low with high levels of visa compliance within the Tier 4 route.</p> more like this
