In the interests of victim safety only the <br>region in which the victim was encountered is provided, and not which town they <br>were placed in. Once an individual receives a Conclusive Grounds decision they <br>will be given tailored move-on support to safely return home or integrate in <br>the UK. The Tier 4 application form also calculates the level of funds an applicant requires and advises them which documents they can submit as evidence. <br><br>The guidance does not specify an exhaustive list of accounts or financial instruments that can be used to satisfy the maintenance requirement. Instead, <br>the Immigration Rules set out the attributes an acceptable account must satisfy. We recognise that, in general, lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) persons may be at risk of persecution and warrant protection and that this may have increased following the signing of the Anti-Homosexual Act into law. However, each case needs to be considered on its individual facts.</p><p><br>Where we consider that an individual does not require protection, and the courts have not reached a different view, then we expect these individuals to leave the UK at the earliest opportunity. If individuals refuse to leave voluntarily, it may become necessary to enforce their removal. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/04/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>The number of drivers that opted for a National Driver Offender Retraining <br>Scheme (NDORS) speed awareness course rather than accept penalty points on <br>their driving licence in 2010 is 447,833, in 2011 is 772,180, 2012 is 926,155 and in<br>2013 is 953,464. These reflect the latest updated figures. <br>The offer of a speed awareness course is at the discretion of the police. To be <br>deemed eligible there must be no excessive speed or other offences committed at <br>the same time.
