The Government is working with industry to provide advice and expertise on the management of their risk. In June, the Prime Minister outlined the Government’s commitment to review the UK’s counter-terrorism strategy (CONTEST), drawing on lessons learned from the recent attacks earlier this year. As the threat we face from terrorism becomes more complex, our strategy needs to evolve with it. Latest statistics published on 24 August confirm that a total of 8,535 people have been resettled under the Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme since it began, 4,369 of which arrived in 2016. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/11/2017 answer text <p>The Home Office provides funding to all local authorities who look after unaccompanied asylum seeking children (UASC). The national rate is £41,610 per annum for under 16s and £33,215 per annum for 16 and 17 year olds. We also provide funding for former unaccompanied asylum seeking who turn 18 need leaving care support. This equates to £200 a week. These rates were increased significantly in July 2016 by 20%, 28% and 33% respectively.</p><p> </p><p>The current rates are based on a detailed analysis of financial information send to the Home Office by local authorities about their costs of caring for unaccompanied asylum seeking and refugee children.</p><p> </p><p>In August 2017 a review of funding for UASC was launched and all local authorities who currently look after unaccompanied children have been invited to submit evidence.</p><p> </p><p>Funding for children’s services, including looked after children services, is non-ring-fenced and part of the wider local government finance settlement to give local authorities the flexibility to focus on locally determined priorities. It is for local authorities to determine how to spend their non-ring fenced income on the services they provide, including services for looked after children. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/11/2017 answer text <p>High THC (containing more than 0.2% THC) cannabis is licensed for the purpose of research.</p><p> </p><p>All drug licence applications are considered individually on their merits and are issued with time-limited validity, usually one year.</p><p> </p><p>Typically, applicants would need to show they are fit and proper persons to hold a licence, cognisant of their responsibilities in respect of security and record keeping, that to issue a licence falls within any applicable policies and those of any related regulatory regimes. This new framework provides greater transparency on how all crimes recorded by the police are dealt with. The previous detections framework gave a partial picture of the work police do to investigate and resolve crime.</p><p>Table 2.2 of the annual publication “Crime Outcomes in England and Wales, year ending March 2017” provides data on outcomes for crimes in that year by offence group and outcome type. These outcomes cover all the possible actions the police could take under the old detections framework, as well as the additional outcomes.
