answer text <p>On 25 April 2013 the Secretary of State for the Home Department outlined the terms under which passports would be issued, withdrawn and refused by written ministerial statement. Each case is assessed against this and will be dependent upon a number of factors including the information in the application, previous applications, supporting documents or other information obtained as part of the assessment of the application.</p> more like this
