answer text <p>Individuals granted refugee permission to stay (Group 1 refugees) or temporary permission to stay (Group 2 refugees) currently have full access to the labour market, as well as recourse to public funds.</p><p>Section 12 of the Nationality and Borders Act 2022 permits differentiation on the basis of access to public funds.
