<p>Child to parent abuse is a relatively hidden but increasingly recognised form of
domestic abuse. The Government is committed to protecting all victims of domestic
abuse.</p><p>We have included child to parent abuse in the draft statutory guidance
on domestic abuse published on 1 July 2020, and we will continue to work with stakeholders
to finalise the guidance.</p><p>Additionally, this year the government will be publishing
a new Domestic Abuse Strategy which will consider this important issue.</p>
