answer text <p>Central government transport projects, programmes and other investments that fall within each English region are included in the 2017 National Infrastructure and Construction Pipeline. A list of those allocated to the North East is attached. Analysis of investment in all regions includes an apportioned share of spending on nationally-managed projects and programmes. The methodology for this is set out in Annex B of the pipeline analysis document.
