answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/09/2015 answer text <p>President Obama was not asked to raise the case of Andargachew Tsege with the Government of Ethiopia during his visit. The Secretary of State for Foreign &amp; Commonwealth Affairs, my Rt Hon friend, the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Philip Hammond MP) and the Prime Minister, First Lord of the Treasury and Minister for the Civil Service, my Rt Hon friend, the Member for Witney (David Cameron MP) have frequently raised the case directly and at the highest levels of the Ethiopian government, most recently on 8th and 17th August, and will continue to do so. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/07/2015 answer text <p>The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has provided consular assistance to Mr Juwaheer’s family, which has included supporting the family during their visit to Brazil, providing a list of local lawyers, and helping them to arrange Mr Juwaheer’s repatriation to the United Kingdom. While the Right hon. Member will understand we cannot interfere in the internal affairs of another country, we have made known our interest in this case with the court, the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Public Prosecutor appointed to represent Mr Juwaheer’s interests.
