<p>Whilst we have not made an assessment on this specific issue, we consider the Shebaa Farms, within the Golan region, to be Occupied Territory. We continue to call on Israel, as the occupying power, to uphold its obligations under international law. This includes abiding by UN Security Council Resolution 497 (1981) and the Fourth Geneva Convention.</p>
