<p>We are aware of the escalation of conflict in al-Dhal’e and Hajjah. All parties must engage constructively and in good faith to overcome obstacles and find a political solution to end the conflict. A nationwide ceasefire will only have an effect on the ground if it is underpinned by a political settlement between the conflict parties.</p>
