answer text <p>The Foreign Secretary has not raised the case in question, however human rights forms part of our regular bilateral exchanges with the Omani Government including at the recent Joint Working Group of 25 April. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office encourages all states to uphold their international human rights obligations.
