answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/03/2018 answer text <p>The Foreign Secretary raised Mr Tsege's case with the Ethiopian Prime Minister and Foreign Minister at the African Union-EU Summit in November 2017, and subsequently raised Mr Tsege's case again with Foreign Minister Workneh in January this year.
