I urged both Governments to work together to ensure that humanitarian organisations are able to have unimpeded access to the region. During my recent visit to Armenia and Azerbaijan I urged both Governments to fully comply with the November ceasefire agreement and to refrain from unhelpful actions that may exacerbate the situation.
