The Department is working now with NHS England and NHS Improvement to give NHS Property Services the ability to ringfence a proportion of future proceeds secured from disposals of surplus sites for reinvestment in local National Health Service estate priorities.</p><p>With regards to Edenbridge War Memorial Hospital, the site is not currently surplus to NHS operational requirements and unless this position changes and the property is vacated and sold, there are currently no such receipts available to reinvest. This means there can be no charge made to an overseas visitor for the diagnosis, or treatment, of COVID-19. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/07/2020 answer text <p>The National Health Service is making arrangements to ensure that women are supported and cared for safely through pregnancy, birth and the period afterwards during this pandemic.</p><p>Decisions on partners attending scans and appointments is subject to local discretion by trusts and other NHS bodies.
