All other information on multi-target toxin, (MuTaTo), which is a product combining several cancer-targeting peptides with a strong peptide toxin, which would be personalised to each patient and kill cancer cells specifically - is derived from interviews to newspapers. As no publication of the company’s preliminary works (in vitro and in animals) is available from scientific journals, neither scientific experts nor the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is able to make any assessment of this therapy. The company claims that it is about to start clinical trials, but currently, no clinical trial with such a compound is registered in the European Union public register. Over 80 leading clinicians, researchers, supply and procurement specialists and policy makers are involved in the workstreams, and have commenced work to deliver the programme.</p><p>The NWCSP has a public web page, which includes further information on the strategy. The web page is being further developed and will include regular updates on the progress of the Programme. The Stakeholder Forums also have a web presence to enable interested stakeholders to easily register their interest in being involved in ongoing consultations. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/02/2019 answer text <p>The NHS Long Term Plan and the second Life Sciences Sector Deal set out the Government and National Health Service commitment to ensuring that patients are able to receive the best treatments as fast as possible.</p><p> </p><p>From 2020, a new NHS England health tech funding requirement will identify the best value innovations as ‘ready to spread’ and help the NHS to adopt them quickly. This will apply to health tech products which have been assessed as cost saving by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). In addition, NICE will significantly increase the number of evaluations it does for health tech products, so that the NHS has the evidence it needs to decide the best products to adopt and spread.</p><p> </p><p>Improving the adoption and spread of high quality innovations is also a priority for the Accelerated Access Collaborative under the leadership of Lord Darzi. In October, they identified 12 products that should be supported for rapid spread across the NHS, and further products will be identified this year. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/02/2019 answer text <p>We have made no such assessment.</p><p> </p><p>We remain committed to reducing the number of people with learning disabilities and/or autism who are inpatients in hospital, reducing the length of time those admitted spend there, and enhancing the quality of both hospital and community settings.</p><p> </p><p>Some people will continue to need access to time limited inpatient services for assessment of their needs and treatment where this is appropriate. In such circumstances, it is for National Health Service commissioners to take decisions on which providers to commission services from.
