answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/09/2020 answer text <p>The Nuffield Council on Bioethics undertook a comprehensive review of donor conception. <em>Donor conception: ethical aspects of information sharing </em>was published on 17 April 2013 and a copy is attached.</p><p>One of the report’s key recommendations was that “The state does not, and should not, have a role in informing donor-conceived people of the circumstances of their conception, for example through entries on birth certificates.”<em> </em></p><p>In the light of this review and the report’s clear recommendation, the Government took the view that no further legislative action was appropriate in this area. The Government encourages the parents of donor conceived children to be open with them about their genetic heritage. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/09/2020 answer text <p>The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care regularly engages his Cabinet colleagues on topics relating to health and social care.</p><p>Making sure the National Health Service is well staffed is a top priority for this Government and the next phase of the NHS People Plan will focus on workforce growth and ensuring it has the right skills mix in place for a flexible and modern NHS.</p><p>The Government is delivering on its historic five-year National Health Service settlement. The NHS budget will increase by £33.9 billion a year in cash terms by 2023-24 (compared to 2018-19), reflecting that the NHS is this Government’s top domestic spending priority and helping to fund the NHS Long Term Plan.</p><p>On 21 July the Chancellor launched the 2020 Comprehensive Spending Review which will set out the Government’s spending plans for health and social care for future years. This is against the law and the police will have the powers to enforce these legal limits, including to issue fines (fixed penalty notices) of £100, doubling for further breaches up to a maximum of £3,200.</p><p>In England, a support bubble is a close support network between a household of any size and a single adult household. Support bubbles are to assist the loneliest and most isolated in society.
