answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2019 answer text <p>The Government has no plans for a review of any exclusions in protections afforded by the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.</p><p>The Government supports the right of staff working in the National Health Service to raise concerns and expects all NHS organisations to support staff that wish to do so.
